About

CalorieOrder adds up the nutrition numbers that restaurant chains publish. You pick items. It shows the total.

What it does

You build an order for one of 10 U.S. chains. The page sums calories, protein, carbs, fat, sodium and the other published values. You can set a calorie goal and ask for the best order that fits it.

Every number comes from the chain's own nutrition source. Each chain page prints the link and the date we read it. Read Method for the full rules.

What it does not do

Who runs it

CalorieOrder is an independent site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any restaurant chain.

Run by Philipp Schlüter.

Chains change their menus. If a number on a page differs from the chain's current source, write to [email protected]. Send the page address, the item and the number you see at the chain's source. We re-read the source and fix the page.
